Choose one of the two available installation methods:

Method 1. Download Setup Package
This Includes Microsoft Runtime components, but does not include drivers.
After installation, you must copy the “Printer” driver folder manually. See Driver section below.

Method 2. Download zipped package
Includes driver files, but may require a separate Microsoft Runtime installation if not previously installed.
Unzip and run InkRIP directly. Install the runtime separately if prompted.
Printer Drivers
If you already have an older version of InkRIP installed:
- Locate the Printer folder in your current installation.
- Overwrite it with the latest driver files from below.
Purchase Options
The AM.CO.ZA InkRIP Easy RIP Software is available for purchase:
- As a standalone product: Buythis.co.za
- Bundled with selected printers: Available from Buythis.co.za with select printers.
Installation Process
No installation process is necessary. After downloading the software, simply unzip the files and begin using the software immediately—no additional setup is required.
Lifetime Upgrades
One of the key features of InkRIP is its lifetime upgrade policy. Whenever a new version is released, simply download the new version and overwrite the existing installation folder. You’ll always have access to the latest version, free of charge.
Activation Process

How to Activate InkRIP
Activation is straightforward and integrated into the software:
- Open the software and locate the activation option at the top-right corner.
- The activation is tied to your Windows OS, meaning if you have multiple copies on your computer, activating one will automatically activate them all. This allows you to test different configurations or versions of the software without hassle.
Note: Without activation, all functions will work normally, except for printing, which will have a watermark until the software is activated.
Deactivation Process
Deactivating the Software
You have two options to deactivate InkRIP:

- In-software deactivation:
- From the Register menu, select Unbind to deactivate. This will deactivate all copies of the software on your system.
- An active internet connection is required for deactivation.
- Even if you delete the software, as long as your Windows installation remains, you can download a fresh copy to deactivate the previous instance.
- This process can be repeated unlimited times.
- Manual deactivation:
- Manual deactivation is allowed only twice for the lifetime of the software product. After that, you will need to purchase a new copy of the software.
- For manual deactivation, follow the guide at softwaretraining.co.za/deactivate to submit a request.
Offline Activation and Deactivation
Unfortunately, InkRIP does not support offline activation or deactivation. An active internet connection is required to complete these processes.
